Our live guest portrait experience brings entertainment and personalized keepsakes together, giving guests something meaningful to enjoy during your celebration. Each portrait is painted on-site in a loose, elegant watercolor style, creating a unique piece of artwork that guests will treasure long after the event.
Up to 20 guests can be accommodated per hour booked, depending on portrait groupings. Most illustrations feature one to two guests per portrait.
Guests love watching the artwork come to life throughout the event. Any portraits not completed on-site are finished in the studio and mailed directly to guests within 2–3 days after the event.

Pricing & Coverage Area
$400 per hour | 3-hour minimum
Each hour booked includes up to 20 watercolor guest portraits. Most portraits feature one to two guests, creating personalized keepsakes for friends and family.
Guests enjoy watching the painting process unfold throughout the event, adding creativity, interaction, and entertainment to cocktail hour and the reception.
Any portraits not completed during the event may be finished afterward and shipped directly to guests, ensuring every included portrait is delivered with the same level of care and quality.
The result is both a live art experience and a lasting wedding favor your guests will cherish for years to come.
Extended Areas Served:
- Space: A small area (6-8 ft wide) for my equipment
- Location: I can be placed indoors, outdoors, near the bar, cocktail area, or any guest-flow space.
Outdoor events: No lighting needed as long as the space has natural light
Indoor events: Access to electricity is preferred so I can plug in my lighting
